You can permanently delete your Sonarchy account, and all data associated with it, at any time — directly in the app or on the web.
In the app (or at app.sonarchy.io)
- Sign in, open the menu, and choose Settings.
- Under Danger zone, tap Delete Account.
- Confirm. Deletion takes effect immediately.
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in identity (including social-login links)
- Your saved stations and podcast subscriptions
- Your recordings, including the audio files
- Your listening/usage metering and subscription records on our side
Subscriptions billed by Apple or Google are not cancelled by
deleting your account. Cancel them in your App Store or Google
Play subscription settings — otherwise the store keeps billing you.
Can't access the app?
Email support@sonarchy.io from the address associated with your account and ask for deletion; we'll confirm and remove the account within 30 days.
